Led a comprehensive discovery and data analysis phase to inform project direction and curriculum development. We reviewed and revamped an 8-week seminar series in alignment with CHP curriculum standards, identifying and addressing key gaps between academic content and the real-world needs of students and providers. Our work included the integration of public health and social work frameworks, development of actionable implementation strategies, and support for the Project Coordination Team.

University Department of Learning and Development

Led the revamp of a trauma informed care series, enhancing content to better support Adult Protective Services (APS) professionals. The updated material integrates trauma-informed principles with real-world APS scenarios, fostering deeper understanding of compassion fatigue, resilience-building, and ethical care practices in high-stress environments.

Redesigned Training Series

We updated and redesigned the trauma-informed care training series to meet the unique needs of APS professionals. The new curriculum included APS-specific case studies, interactive learning modules, and resource guides focused on practical application. Additionally, we developed exercises to help staff build resilience and integrate trauma-informed principles into their daily work.

Deeper Understanding of Trauma-Informed Care

 The revamped series equipped APS staff with a deeper understanding of trauma-informed care and enhanced their ability to navigate high-stress situations with greater empathy and ethical awareness. Professionals reported improved resilience, reduced compassion fatigue, and increased confidence in providing trauma-sensitive, ethical support to vulnerable populations. 


Global Reproductive Health Authority

The client presented with a lack of comprehensive mixed-methods data on reproductive health disparities as perceived and experienced by international physicians, particularly within the context of newly onboarded members. Designed a semi-structured interview guide to elicit nuanced perspectives from over 30 international reproductive health physicians. AIM Coordinated and implemented the remote interview process, administered and evaluated 65+ surveys from reproductive care providers across the
